Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Zippocket mobile application (“App”) or the related website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
About Zippocket
Zippocket is a digital organiser that allows users to store information about their belongings, including:
- Item name/title
- Location or URL (optional)
- Username/Email (for digital assets – optional)
- Website password (optional)
- Additional notes (optional)
- Item photos (captured using the user’s device camera – optional)
The App is provided by WebSetGo Ltd, which manages its development, maintenance, and security.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you save in the App.
- You will not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- You will ensure your login credentials are kept secure and confidential.
- You will comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
Prohibited Content – Important
Although Zippocket is secure, you must NOT store the following:
Highly sensitive financial information
- Bank account number and login details
- Credit/debit card details
- One-time passwords (OTP) or 2-factor authentication codes
- Other financial authentication credentials
Information about high-value assets
- Precious metals or stones
- High-value jewellery
- Confidential financial assets
- Any items whose disclosure may result in significant personal or financial risk
Web Set Go Ltd is not responsible for any loss arising from storing such restricted information.
User Account & Authentication
Zippocket uses Firebase Authentication to manage login and session security.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Restricting access to your device
- Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for security or misuse reasons.
Data Storage & Cloud Services
All user data is stored securely on cloud services (including Google Cloud/Firebase).
While industry-standard security measures are in place, Web Set Go Ltd cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber-security threats.
You acknowledge and accept this risk by using the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, code, and designs of the App are the intellectual property of Web Set Go Ltd.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for personal purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy or modify the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile it
- Use its content for commercial purposes
Subscription, Fees & Payments
- Subscription purchases and renewals are processed securely through our website using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Stripe.
- Prices may change, and you will be notified if any upcoming changes affect your active subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds and billing issues are handled directly by WebSetGo Ltd, not Google Play or Apple.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- You misuse the App
- We discontinue or modify the service
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your data in the App and requesting us to delete your account.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
WebSetGo Ltd does not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
- 100% uptime
- Complete security of stored data
- Accuracy or reliability of stored content
You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Set Go Ltd is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Financial loss resulting from user-saved content
- Misuse of the App
- Cyber-attacks or breaches beyond reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
- Google Cloud
- Firebase Authentication
- Analytics tools
- Payment service provider such as Stripe or equivalent
These services have their own privacy and terms, which you must review.
Updates to the App
We may update or modify the App at any time.
Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
