Subscription Billing

All subscription payments are securely processed through:
- WooCommerce Subscriptions (billing engine)
- Stripe (payment gateway)
Your payment details are handled only by Stripe. We do not store or process card information.

Automatic Renewal

Because ZipPocket is a digital service, refunds are provided only in specific situations.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical error)

All refund requests are reviewed manually.
Non-Refundable Situations

Failed Payments & Billing Issues

Disputes & Chargebacks

Unnecessary chargebacks may result in:
